I'm a Solutions Engineer specializing in technical discovery, narrative-driven demos, and solution design — helping enterprise teams cut through complexity and make confident buying decisions.
Technical enough to earn the room. Human enough to close it. That's what happens when your roots are in UX and your career lands in enterprise pre-sales.
I started my career designing digital experiences for companies like Ashley Furniture and Ideal Image — mapping customer journeys, reducing friction, and translating business needs into purposeful design.
That foundation took me into pre-sales, where I found the same core challenge: make something complex feel intuitive and worth buying. At Neuraflash (now Accenture), I became the primary technical resource for enterprise SaaS and AI deals — leading discovery sessions, building interactive demos, and owning solution documentation from first call through close.
That path led me to Netomi, where I'm now a Solutions Engineer on an enterprise AI and CX platform. Same instincts, bigger problems — helping teams understand how agentic AI can transform their customer experience, and making that feel obvious, inevitable, and worth buying.
Four roles across UX and pre-sales — each one sharpening a different edge of the same skillset.

Serving as an agentic Solutions Engineer at Netomi, an enterprise AI platform built for customer experience. Leading technical discovery, solution design, and demo delivery for enterprise CX and AI deals — helping organizations understand how agentic AI can transform their customer operations.

Primary pre-sales resource for enterprise SaaS and AI deals. Led discovery to surface pain, constraints, and success criteria — then built interactive, narrative-driven demos that directly addressed buying criteria. Owned end-to-end solution docs and contributed to an AWS Marketplace product from discovery through GTM.

Designed self-scheduling flows and internal tools that improved conversion and operational efficiency. Led discovery and workflow mapping to translate friction into clarity — working cross-functionally across product, engineering, and marketing.

Led end-to-end UX across e-commerce, mobile, and in-store digital. Turned user research and cross-channel data into designs that reduced cart abandonment, improved checkout time, and increased kiosk engagement.
From first discovery call to signed contract — the skills that move enterprise deals forward.
